Amy Amy Janet JanetAubrey Plaza is a comedian as well as an actor who was born in June 1984. Her irreverent sense of humor has earned her the respect of many a option for comedy. Plaza plays April Ludgate in "Parks and Recreation". After having performed improv and sketch at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater she made her debut in "The Jeannie Tate Show" and then appeared in "Funny People", "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World", as well as other web-based series. Today is her birthday. Aubrey Christina Plaza was born in Wilmington, Delaware, the daughter of attorney Bernadette Plaza and Financial specialist David Plaza. The woman is Puerto Rican and her mother is Irish, English and Irish. Plaza received a degree from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and a Catholic girls' school, and both of them in 2002. As a senior in her high school years, she was president of the student government at her school and took part in Wilmington Drama League performances. In 2004, as she was in her 2nd semester of college Plaza was struck by a stroke. It left her with expressive aphasia as well as a time of paralysis. She has now recovered.
